Simple outfits with statement jewelry is my MO. Seriously, when it comes to going out for brunch, drinks, or even date night, I like to change up my accessories to change up my entire look. While this outfit was on repeat during finals week, I’ve been swapping up the cardigans too so no one would know that I’ve just been wearing the same thing.
The jeans and boots you’ve all seen already; after all, they’re my fall and winter staples. I paired them with this silk shirt that I bought at a vintage shop and a cardigan from Baciano. The real finishing piece in this outfit however, was the feather ear cuff from AUrate.
Even though it reminds me a bit of something you’d find in the Capitol from The Hunger Games, it’s a gorgeous piece that elevates any outfit. Bonus points that it goes on the ear that I always show off anyway since I always pull my hair to the side. It would look absolutely gorgeous with a holiday outfit and a fancy side braid or half-updo.
For those of you who haven’t heard of AUrate, it’s gaining popularity with the fashion industry right now and it’s not hard to see why. I styled a simple necklace from them earlier in the summer and it’s quickly become of favorite in my jewelry collection.
Some of their pieces are more simple and classic while others, like this cuff, lend a little more of a statement to any outfit. Their pieces range in price, so you can find something to fit any budget and you never have to sacrifice quality. You don’t have to sacrifice fair pricing and doing good either, which is one of the things I love about them. They focus on durable materials, transparent pricing, sustainable production, and tangible giving so you can feel good about your purchase. What more could you want from a gorgeous jewelry producer?
Their pieces are all high quality, made with the purest 14- and 18-karat gold, pearls from Japan and the South Sea, and only S1-clarity diamonds. The quality materials are then crafted into gorgeous pieces with the most skilled sets of hands in New York and sold directly to you – no middle man. Sustainable production and transparency is another thing I love about AUrate and I love that they’re encouraging the industry to move in a new direction. Each piece of jewelry results in a donation to literacy programs throughout New York as well – yet another thing you can feel good about when you purchase from AUrate.
I’m excited to show off this ear cuff more in the spring months since I know it’s going to be perfect with a lot of my upcoming posts. I can’t wait to style it with my classic Circle necklace from AUrate as well so you all can see them both together! Which pieces are your favorite from AUrate?
