Honestly, I am still in love with my college town’s grand title as UNESCO’s city of Gastronomy. Downtown is filled with cute cafes and popular spots to eat, drink, and basically be merry. I’ve made it my goal to try as many of these places as I can and work my way through all these menus before I graduate and go off to another town I can eat my way through.
The nice thing is, I’m almost never disappointed. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve already seen the post I shared with grilled cheese and lobster mac n’ cheese complete with two Moscow mules. Let me just say, writing this post right now has got me severely craving anything with melted cheese and I literally just ate.
This little place is called Batch. They specialize in doughnuts and whiskey and, surprisingly, I didn’t order either of them. My boyfriend and I ordered the Billie June grilled cheese with bacon, chicken, and ranch and the lobster mac n’ cheese. We also ordered the Tucson mule over the regular Moscow mule, which is made with some type of prickly pear alcohol instead of vodka. Still pretty damn good.
So, another restaurant down and so many more to go. Time to unbutton those pants and get to work!
This little cafe looks so good! Especially the food 😍 I love the brick wall and decor!
I need food now! And I love those mugs! The copper is beautiful!
That’s such a cute restaurant! And hat Mac n cheese!?!? To die for!
Omg that mac n cheese looks amazing! Such a cute find!

Your blog is satisfies my fashion and foodie needs. lol
I had their Glazed Doughnut Grilled Cheese sandwich and the Akuna deviled eggs. I still crave that GDGC! The eggs were very spicy — but, oh so good! Glad you got to try this place.
