This Fall Fitness BabbleBoxx Review has been sponsored by BabbleBoxx. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Getting back into fitness hasn’t been easy for me. I started working out again in the late spring, maybe around April or May, and I’ve been working hard to make sure it’s a part of my routine. It’s not easy – between work and school and CPA exams and the blog… Working out was just never a priority. Sure, I made a resolution every January to work out more this year, but inevitably, right around midterm exams, that resolution fell by the wayside.
This fall is the perfect opportunity to make fitness a part of my routine again. I have two CPA exams out of the way (BEC and FAR – if ya’ know, you know), and I have a normal routine with my new job at PwC. I’ve been replacing some of my old ratty, fitness clothes, but as far as fitness necessities go, I was at a loss. That’s why I was so excited to receive BabbleBoxx’s fall fitness box, complete with workout essentials for the season! Let’s get into the unboxing, shall we?
The box contained 4 items: a can of Tiger Balm Active Muscle Spray, 3 pairs of insoles from GO Comfort, a can of Celsius in the sparkling kiwi guava flavor, and a pair of headphones from Aftershokz.
Tiger Balm: Active Muscle Spray
I’ve actually never been one to use muscle relief products, so I was hesistant to try Tiger Balm out. It’s just not a product I saw in my normal routine. However, the product claims did appeal to me. Made with all natural ingredients, It’s supposed to relieve muscle aches, sprains, strains and sore muscles. Since I often do two really intense workouts each week, sore muscles are inevitable. Not to mention, those difficult workouts followed by a day of work sitting in a chair can be really difficult on some days!
I tried this after a really intense cardio and weights class and
This product has a spray application, which makes it easier to apply, especially if you’re not flexible. I happen to have pretty good flexibility, but when I’m sore, it doesn’t make twisting and turning easy! So, the spray function definitely helped in that regard. It’s also perfect for the areas that are naturally hard to reach, like your back!

CELSIUS Original Line: Sparkling Kiwi Guava
I only just took preworkout for the first time a few months ago and loved the extra kick of energy I got before my workout. I always find it difficult for me to find the motivation and energy to actually start the workout, so CELSIUS intrigued me. The drink claims to accelerate your metabolism, increasing your body’s ability to burn fat and calories. CELSIUS is recommended before your workout since it increases the rate at which you burn calories. Not to mention, it has 0G sugar, no artificial preservatives, no aspartame or high fructose corn syrup, it’s certified gluten-free, NON-GMO and vegan! It can also be consumed as a normal energy drink and, with its clean ingredients, it’s way better for me than other energy drinks I’ve had in the past! It’s perfect before a workout or even for a midday pick-me-up!
I loved the taste of the drink and thought it would be a great way to cut my soda cravings in the afternoon! I don’t know about you guys, but that 2-3 PM time of the workday always leaves me feeling drained. While I loved having this before my workout, I’m actually hoping to replace my Diet Coke habit with this!

Aftershokz: Trekz Air
I honestly didn’t know what to think of these headphones at first! I was so used to in-ear headphones that I wasn’t sure if I would like these! Trekz Air uses bone conduction technology so the headphones actually sit on top of your ear rather than inside it. It’s a lot more comfortable and, if you do outdoor workouts or something that makes it necessary to hear what’s going on around you, these headphones are a great option! They’re light and comfortable and don’t slip off the ear. The headphones are made with titanium everywhere possible to ensure better fit and sound and it makes a difference.

GO Comfort Insoles
I’ve never used different insoles besides the ones that already came in the shoes I owned. I was pretty close to replacing my workout shoes, but I’m glad these insoles came so I could replace the old ones and make the shoes last a little longer. I used the Athletic insoles since I mainly use these shoes for working out. The insoles come in a size that fits a variety of shoe sizes, so I did need to trim mine to fit my shoes. So far, I like them, but I’ve only been using them for a few days so far! The box also came with two other pairs of insoles so now I have the following:
All Day Insoles: delievers 18+ hour comfort for long-lasting support
Work Insoles: provides anti-fatigue support for concrete & hard surfaces (I wish I had these when I worked in the restaurant business!)
Athletic Insoles: long-lasting support with max shock absorption for high impact activities
All of the insoles are designed to help relieve arch, heel and lower back pain so they’re great if you spend a good amount of time on your feet! I can’t wait to try out the other insoles!
