In a large pot, cover the chicken breasts with water until just covered.
Bring the water to a boil and cook until cooked throughout, about 10-12 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooled, shred with two forks.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the bottle of Frank’s RedHot. I used about half the bottle and continue adding until the chicken was well-coated.
Heat the tortillas over a cooktop or grill until slightly crispy.
Place all ingredients in the taco and squeeze lime juice over the top for added flavor. Add salt and pepper as desired.
