Easy Pizza Casserole
An easy, tasty recipe for a large group that makes for good leftovers during the week!

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta al dente. This is right before the pasta is fully cooked so it will still be a bit chewy.
  3. Brown the sausage in a pan on its own.
  4. In a glass baking dish (I used 9×13), layer one third of the marinara, one third of the pasta and one third of the sausage. Cover this layer with cheese, vegetables, and pepperoni. Repeat 2 more times.
  5. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve warm and garnish with Parmesan if desired.
Recipe Notes

Depending on the depth of your dish, you may only get to make two layers. This is fine! The servings I’ve allotted are also quire generous and this could probably feed about ten.
