Eggnog is seriously the flavor of the season. I’ve never been able to drink it straight, but I love toning it down a bit with milk and serving it warm. Even better, I like spiking it with something a little stronger and letting that warm me up.
Now, because eggnog is now a grocery store staple, I also love including it in all of my baked goods. I’ve previously made eggnog cupcakes, which I can show you soon, and I’m planning on making eggnog poke cake or eggnog bread pudding soon! Since I don’t like the frosting that usually comes with packaged cinnamon rolls, this was the perfect chance to use eggnog in my first holiday recipe of the season!
Like I said, I’ve been using Immaculate Baking a lot this season and you can get $1 off their cinnamon rolls or anything else you would like to try here. If you’re wondering where to find the cinnamon rolls, check here!
This recipe is relatively easy and was the perfect break away from continuous studying for finals. Plus, it made a pretty damn good comfort food too. Enjoy!
