In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chile powder, minced garlic, chives, and the juice of a small lime and stir with a fork until well incorporated.
To taste, add salt and pepper.
For the Burger
Toast the brioche buns in a toaster while prepping the rest of the ingredients. Spread the chipotle aioli on each side of the bun.
Cook the patties in a small frying pan (without oil) according to package directions. Place the patty on the toasted bun.
Slice the jalepeƱos into 6 slices each, removing all insides and seeds. Cook in frying pan until tender, about 2 minutes on each side.
Place the pepperjack cheese on top of the patty to help it melt. Layer the onions, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocado, jalepeƱos, and lettuce on top of the rest of the burger and serve while warm!
