I won’t lie – it’s been a while since I’ve shopped at Aéropostale. Their recent winter sweater styles are what drew me in this year. With their unbeatable sales prices – well – I couldn’t resist stocking up on a few winter items. Plus, they’re going to have some Cyber Monday Deals that you can’t pass up!
Look 1:
I call this my “matching my Yeti” look. I wore a jacket like this at New York Fashion week last February (borrowed from a friend) and now I have one of my own! This jacket is so soft, plush, and perfect for winter! I wore it with a pair of their stretchy, high-waist jeans, and one of their pointelle sweaters in a gorgeous plum color.
Look 1.5:
For this look, I simply swapped out the jacket – I couldn’t resist. If you’re on the lookout for a sherpa jacket, this one is on sale and under $40!
If you’ve got a major fashionista in your life, this would also make a great gift! Sherpa jackets have been “in” for quite a few winters now, and this one is one of the best quality you can get for this price. It will last through several winters and keep them nice and warm! I recommend your usual size for the jacket – it’s a bit oversized, which is perfect! The sweater runs a bit shorter and a bit smaller, so I recommend sizing up one size from your usual.
Look 2:
The truth is, I just can’t get enough of plush fabrics in the cooler weather. This pullover hoodie comes in 3 colors and is unbelieveably soft. It would make a great gift for anyone or be a great addition to your own winter wardrobe! I would also recommend your usual size for this pullover.
I also snagged one of their Chenille Cable sweaters on sale and I must admit, I’ve worn it several times this week! It’s not pictured in this blog post, but I’m sure you’ll see it later this season. (It also runs a bit small, so size up!)
